We have known from the start of Sunburnt Studios that we’re in this to be documentary filmmakers, but we took on commercial projects to help support that passion. Over time, we found ourselves spending more energy on the commercial side than the storytelling we love most. Now, we’re shifting our focus back to what truly drives us—capturing real, raw, and powerful stories through documentary film.

This isn’t a big shift, just a return to what we love most. Documentary storytelling has always been at the core of what we do—stories that move, inspire, and bring new perspectives to light. By focusing entirely on this work, we are forging our path to be what we want it to be.
